Refund Policy
Effective 26 October 2026. Last updated October 2026.
14 days, no questions
If you buy a Toolpath Viewer licence and it is not what you need, tell us within 14 days of the purchase and you get a full refund. You do not have to give a reason.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our merchant of record, issues the refund to the payment method you used. It normally shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Email us anyway. If the Software has a fault we cannot fix within a reasonable time, we will refund you. If it simply turned out not to suit your work, we will look at each case fairly.
Subscriptions
The first payment of a subscription is covered by the same 14 days: ask within 14 days of subscribing and you get a full refund, no questions. A yearly renewal can also be refunded within 14 days of the renewal payment. Monthly renewals are not refunded; cancel before the next one and it is not charged. To cancel, email [email protected].
Update renewals
An optional 12-month update renewal can be refunded within 14 days of paying for it, provided no update released in that renewal period has been installed.
Your rights under Australian law
This policy adds to, and does not replace, the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law and any consumer law that applies where you live.
